    “CREATOR OF HELP WORLDWIDE, INC.: HELP stands for Humanitarian Empowerment Loyalty Program. Help Worldwide, Inc. is dedicated to raising funds for charitable organizations around the world using a unique technology that is connected to the worldwide financial rails. Help Worldwide is dedicated to helping charities get additional funding sources to empower them to accomplish their philanthropic goals.

    FOUNDER OF SOURCE INC.: Source Inc. owns powerful intellectual property and technology that has developed an information and data management system for various business rules management systems.

    EDUCATOR/ INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKER: Mr. Stewart created and delivered the R.G. Stewart 9-day Millionaires Course plus additional advanced courses such as "Managing the Business of Life" and "Removing Barriers to Financial Independence" and numerous other courses.

    ENTREPRENEUR/ DEVELOPER: Mr. Stewart successfully developed, owned and operated multiple resort destinations across the United States. The California locations include resorts such as: Bass Lake Resort, Ahwahnee Resort, Merced River Resort and Pismo Creekside Resort.

    FOUNDER OF THE HELP WORLDWIDE FOUNDATION: The Help Worldwide Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission of training other non-profit organizations to be self-sufficient using the perpetual fundraising mechanism that is the Help Worldwide loyalty program. The Foundation will train non-profit organizations and assist them in their implementation of the Help Worldwide program.

    RJ has been an integral part of the research, development, testing, and market application of the loyalty processes now incorporated as part of the Source, Inc. business model. Prior to joining Source, R.J. advised in numerous fields as a technology and financial consultant. He has brokered over 20 mega online portals for clients with international technology teams from Canada and India in the early e-commerce years and developed the architecture for a well-known educational software platform. He has been a business financial consultant for a large “Benefits and Rewards” company and acted as cost analyst for several major companies, including launching over 100,000 merchants on implementation of early debit card technology, and has advised companies on purchasing decisions including negotiating a 150,000 products direct to manufacturer deal. In real estate R.J. has acted as professional consultant and project manager for commercial developments and resort properties assisting with contracts, business development, purchasing & operations.

    Brad Hanson is a seasoned veteran in the financial services and payments industry. Brad has been involved with numerous banking, card industry and technology‐related capacities where he has focused on leveraging existing platforms to develop new and innovative financial solutions for businesses and underserved consumer markets. His experience working with regulators and many financial innovators provides a unique perspective into various trends, threats and opportunities along with changing roles and responsibilities of key participants involved in the sector. Brad is the President of Meta Payment Systems and President of MetaBank and Meta Financial Group, Inc. Brad also serves on the Board of Directors and executive committee for Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Brad has been recognized as a Paybefore Industry Achievement Award Winner and was a founding member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association where he still serves as a member of the board. Brad also serves on the Board of Directors for Operation HOPE, Help WorldWide, and is on the Advisory Board for the Gallup‐HOPE Index, which studies and promotes financial literacy in our nation’s schools.

    Steve Hodges came to Help Worldwide as an outside consultant working on an interface for the delivery of a point’s platform in January of 2014. He designed and delivered a system that is the current RDE (Rates Distribution Engine). The RDE has delivered a solution is the heart of the companies technology. After interacting with the Help Worldwide team for a number of months Steve Hodges joined the team with a 5 year contract as CTO. Steve Hodges is a graduate of the DeVry Institute of Technology. He is certified on over 25 systems with 30 years experience in design, delivery, and marketing of voice and data technologies. He has worked for a number of startup companies as well as fortune 1000 companies delivering solutions that have provided mission critical functionality with leading edge technologies worldwide. Steve Hodges has been at the forefront in the delivery of financial services and telecommunications platforms in Russia, Canada, South Africa, Zambia, South Korea, Dominican Republic, and Mexico with patents pending for the redesign in the delivery of Voice Over IP (VoIP) packets.

    Tom Woods is a dedicated environmental Leader and as the Sr. VP of Ecology, the catalyst between Help Inc. and the Help Worldwide Foundation. He holds the firm belief that; “As a community of like-minded people we in the Help Worldwide Network strive toward advancing human civilization by truly knowing that Survival of the most Loving, not the fittest, is the only principle that will ensure a truly healthy planet where the most Loving do more than survive- they thrive”.

    Tom’s Mission is to be of assistance in the development of sustainable revenue resources and Leadership skills for individuals and charities that are committed to maintaining a Healthy Eco System for all forms of Life.

    Tom is an Advocate for Humanity. He has known Richard Stewart for over three decades and was a graduate of Mr. Stewarts very first “Millionaires Course”. As an Artist, Music Publishing Business Executive, Certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team, Non Profit CEO, Surfer, Diver, Fishermen and Mountain Climber, the majority of his life has been committed to adding value to all forms of life and in helping his fellow man achieve a greater understanding of himself as a Dynamic Life Force that can go beyond adapting to environments to creating new and healthier environments. .

  • Daniel Fresquez

    Daniel Fresquez

    Director of Corporate Administration / Compliance Officer

    Daniel is the/our Director of Corporate Administration / Compliance Officer and has been with Help Worldwide since 2007. He currently is responsible for the ongoing compliance, investment and securities requirements of our growing company, and oversees the administrative and human resources departments. His years of experience both inside and outside of the company provide him with a unique understanding of the legal, administrative, logistical and overall business support needs of constantly-evolving organizations. Prior to Help Worldwide, Daniel served as the Operations and Online Communications Manager at Roptus, supporting all business and operations areas for the world tour of the global Latin phenomenon, RBD. Previous to Roptus, he gained valuable on-the-ground production experience through numerous seasons with MTV’s hit show “Punk’d”. Daniel has also assisted in strategic partnerships and joint ventures for Venture Street Capital Partners, and managed strategic channel accounts for an early internet comparison-shopping engine.

    Krista is the Founder of UsingMiles.com. She started the company after dealing with the frustration of losing over 26,000 miles in United MileagePlus and wondering why there wasn't a better way to manage and use her miles and points. While at UsingMiles, she helped raise over $3 million in investments, spearheaded Marketing initiatives to grow the user base to over 100,000 members in 10 months, and spearheaded business partnerships with airlines, hotels, retailers and more. She has a strong background in sales with Coca-Cola North America, leading marketing teams at various technology start-ups, business development and partnerships, and building scalable products from scratch.

    Help Worldwide acquired UsingMiles at the end of 2013, after which Krista joined the Help Worldwide team. She continues to work with the team as a consultant on strategic partnerships, product innovation and numerous marketing initiatives.

    Krista is a mentor for the Denver Founder’s Institute and was a 2008 graduate from the Techstars Incubator out of Boulder, Colorado.

    After many years of creating content in TV, Music, and Film, Sammy's career has credited him with Film Festival Grand Prize awards as well as the credited creator of a 2006 twice Emmy Nominated Warner Bros Animated Series. In 2010 he launched a Sci Fi Social Network with William Shatner gaining worldwide recognition overnight. With a current Broadway style musical based on the Bible in production, Sammy carries out the message of Help WW through entertainment. With a strong passion to make a difference on planet Earth, he gathers top industry talent and producers to make inspiring content. As creative director for the company, he shepherds each project from concept to completion maintaining the Help Worldwide moral values along with industry standard quality of production.
