Meet the Team
Senior VP of MarketingHelping Since: 2007
Stacie hails from sunny California where she brings over seven years of marketing experience, creativity, drive and leadership to the Help Worldwide team. She joined the Help Worldwide team in 2008. She is passionate about helping charitable organizations specifically those that cater to the youth and single parent families. She loves the beach, watching Disney movies with her three children, and reggae music.
Technology Program ManagerHelping Since: 2014
Originally brought on as an Executive Assistant, Trisha took a detour and alternate route and honed in on her skills in ASP database management. She is currently creating, designing and managing Help Worldwide’s members, agents, charities and mall merchants ODBC data source. With more than 20 years background experience in real estate, legal, banking and manufacturing, 10 years in web development, 8 years as a romance writer, wife and mother to 3 kids, Trisha joined the Technology Department in 2014.
Marketing Coordinator & Creative AssistantHelping Since: 2015
After studying in Los Angeles & San Diego, Christie’s drive for meaningful work led her to the Help Worldwide team where she utilizes her marketing and communication skills to support the company’s inspiring mission. Joining the team in January 2015, she quickly became excited to use her passion for creativity to make a difference in the world. When she’s not at work, you’re likely to find Christie reading an inspirational book, enjoying the Los Angeles sunshine, or attempting to satisfy her never-ending sushi craving.
Web Programmer & DeveloperHelping Since: 2012
Lewis Thomas discovered his love for software design and development while working towards a triple major at Duke University. Lewis has over 15 years of experience building systems in a variety of languages and platforms including desktop, server, and mobile. After working for WeSave for a year, Lewis transferred to Help Worldwide in June 2012 as part of the WeSave acquisition. An expert in database architecture, he enjoys building efficient data access solutions. When Lewis isn't building software he's likely out shooting pool or enjoying a round of disc golf.
Graphic Artist & HTML ProgrammerHelping Since: 2015
Jestin is a Northern California native that studied graphic and web design in Southern California. Before joining the creative team at Help Worlwide, Jestin worked in several companies in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as a graphic & web designer. His past positions along with his freelance experience have led him to bring his talents to Help Worldwide where he helps design, code, and create websites to spread the Help Worldwide vision and message. His passion for charity and volunteering have combined with his work drive to find him in the Help Worldwide team. When Jestin is not busy coding, he is reliving his sports days by running and playing in adult basketball and soccer leagues.
Director of ProductionHelping Since: 2014
While working as a newspaper and radio journalist as a teenager, Ryan found a niche early in his career reporting on games and entertainment. After several years attending school and working as a freelance writer, he went on to work in the online media industry. In 2014, after serving for over two decades leading a team in the entertainment industry, Ryan's passion to help the world be a better place led him to Help Worldwide. Today, Ryan serves as the director of production for Help Worldwide, overseeing the production of video content, coordinating plans for live events, and generally laying plans to save the world.
Graphic ArtistHelping Since: 2014
Eliza was born and raised in Southern California where she studied entertainment design and animation. Before becoming part of the Help Worldwide creative team in January of 2015, Eliza worked as a freelance graphic artist for various businesses throughout Los Angeles. She now designs graphics and creates animations to help spread the Help Worldwide vision. When she’s not being super creative, you can find her reliving her glory days as a basketball player, hiking up a tall mountain, or binging on Netflix.
Jacque L. Letarte
WeSave Rewards LLC Project DirectorHelping Since: 2012
Jacque joined our team in September 2012. Her repertoire included over ten years of experience interacting with local, state and federal agencies. Therefore, it was a natural fit that she become the WeSave Project Director. Her familiarity with the unique constraints dealing with government entities as well as her ability to build synergetic relationships and identify the interests of those in the public sector have made her an invaluable asset to WeSave Rewards.
Legal and Contract AdministrationHelping Since: 2015
Jonathan Symmes has over 25 years of U.S. and Asia engineering, operating, start-up and legal experience. Jonathan comes to Help Worldwide from his own Patent and Legal Consulting firm where in the US, Asia, and Europe he prepared patents for technology startups. Previously in his career, Jonathan has held technical, legal, and patent positions at Bally Technologies, Shuffle Master, My Development Corporation in Las Vegas, and with small law firms and tradeground.com, the World Trade Center B2B portal, in Southern California. In the Philippines, Jonathan helped change Asia skylines as a structural analysis and computer network engineer for major high-rise and super-mall construction projects in Manila and throughout Asia. He also ran his own startup in Manila, construction-builders.com, a B2B technology online portal for the construction industry. Jonathan began his career with Hughes Aircraft Company in Los Angeles as a Software Engineer in the Phoenix Missile Program, and holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and a J.D. from the University Of West Los Angeles School Of Law.
Senior Contracts ManagerHelping Since: 1997
Mr. Rishell has an extensive background in sales, marketing and management in both small business and large corporate environments and holds various awards for outstanding achievements in these areas. Skilled in strategic planning, contract negotiations, legal documentation, creative writing, sales training and operations management, Mr. Rishell is a well-rounded leader, author, public speaker, life coach and manager. In 2003, Mr. Rishell invested in Source, Inc., a southern California company holding patents in the loyalty and transaction tracking and processing arena. He helped establish and document Source’s founding principles, policies and strategic direction as contracts manager and as an officer on its Board of Directors. In 2006, Mr. Rishell founded Kevin Rishell Enterprises, a marketing and consulting firm where he utilized his talent for connecting investors with projects and people with their passions. He split his time brokering deals in oil & gas, iron ore and technology related ventures and building relationships through his life coaching practice. In November of 2014, Mr. Rishell joined Help Worldwide, Inc. as part of its legal and marketing team.

Armen Printsian was born in Santa Monica, California and raised in Hollywood, CA. A local Southern California native, Armen has three main passions: Family, I.T. and cars. He is focused, determined and a dreamer. Being in the demanding world of IT, he has creative ways and the heart of a lion to make I.T. work no matter what he is faced with. I.T. is what he knows when it comes to business, he has been in the industry for 20 years. He has done work for everything from large businesses to the movie industry and even volunteered his time to help local businesses with their everyday I.T. challenges. One of his motto’s is “It’s not how great you are but how great you want to be”. Just like I.T. there are always ways to improve and evolve not only himself but others, whether it’s one person or a multi-thousand user community. In an ever changing industry Armen has learned to adapt, apply and execute to help businesses succeed with their I.T. needs. He has been with Help Worldwide for 15 years and he has not only grown with the company but also has helped the company grow to what they are today. In his spare time he is running around and enjoying his family and trying to be the best man he can be for them, after all it’s not how great you are but how great you want to be. He is also the one writing this bio and it being 8:19pm now he has to switch gears and get his kids to bed.
